Our residents’ opinions matter. As part of our Quality Assurance, we have regular residents’ meetings, monthly reviews – giving families the option to attend – and Annual Quality Surveys for feedback, so that we can keep improving. Here are some quotes from our residents:

The food is delightful with an extensive menu to suit all tastes. Visitors / relatives can enjoy a meal also should they wish too. Many activities are on tap should residents wish to participate.
